The company offers many services ranging from customs operations, to domestic transportation and storage by means of its locally situated agencies, and the emphasis it places on customer satisfaction and institutional accountability. Tuna Lojistik has access to Baltic States over Zonguldak, Haydarpaşa, Hamzabeyli and Kapıkule exits. The access through Zonguldak and Haydarpasa is achieved via ro-ro transportation over Odessa (Ukraine) port. Connections to Ukraine, Belarus, Lithuania and Latvia is sequentially achieved. Direct cargo forwarding to Poland is again conducted over Ukraine. On the other hand, access to Poland over Bulgaria, Romania, and Hungary is also possible through Kapikule and Hamzabeyli customs exit points. This route continues onto Belarus, Lithuania and Latvia.
